Terms & Conditions — 0bdjl Platform Rules and User Agreement

1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following words and expressions carry the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

• "0bdjl" or "the Platform" refers to the online betting and casino services accessible at https://0bdjl.io and all associated sub-domains and applications operated under the 0bdjl brand.
• "Player" or "User" means any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or makes use of any part of the 0bdjl Platform.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon successful registration on the 0bdjl Platform.
• "Balance" means the total Bangladeshi Taka (৳) amount held in a Player's 0bdjl Account at any given time, comprising real-money funds and any credited bonus amounts separately tracked.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the 0bdjl Platform in any capacity — including browsing as a guest, creating an Account, making a deposit, placing a Bet, or participating in any promotion — you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into these terms by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately discontinue your use of the 0bdjl Platform. 0bdjl reserves the right to deny access to any individual who does not comply with these terms.

3. Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on the 0bdjl Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuous basis thereafter:

• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be registering a duplicate Account. Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one Account on the 0bdjl Platform at any time.

0bdjl does not make any representation that use of the Platform is legal in every jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online betting and casino gaming is lawful in your location before accessing the Platform.

4. Account Registration

To access real-money betting, casino games, and payment services on the 0bdjl Platform, you must create a registered Account. During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and preferred payment method details.

0bdjl reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify the accuracy of the information provided at registration or at any subsequent point. Such documentation may include, but is not limited to, a national identity card, passport, utility bill, or mobile financial service account statement. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe — typically 72 hours of the request being issued — may result in Account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawal requests pending verification.

5. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 0bdjl Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

Any activity conducted through your Account — whether or not carried out by you personally — is your responsibility. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact the 0bdjl support team immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. 0bdjl will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised Account access where the Player has failed to safeguard their credentials.

6. Deposits & Withdrawals

All monetary transactions on the 0bdjl Platform are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). 0bdjl does not accept deposits denominated in foreign currencies and does not perform currency conversion on behalf of Players.

• Maximum Deposit: Subject to daily limits published on the Deposits page, which may vary by payment method and account verification tier.
• Deposit Processing: Mobile financial service deposits (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are credited to your Account balance within 60 seconds under normal network conditions. Bank card and bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the issuing institution.
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawal Processing: Approved withdrawal requests to mobile financial service accounts are typically processed within 4–10 minutes of approval. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

0bdjl offers promotional bonuses to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms published at the time the promotion is offered. In the absence of promotion-specific terms, the following general bonus conditions apply:

• Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they become eligible for withdrawal. The wagering requirement applicable to each promotion is stated in that promotion's individual terms.

8. Betting & Gaming Rules

All sporting bets placed on the 0bdjl Platform are governed by the 0bdjl Sportsbook Rules, which are published separately and available within the Sportsbook section of the Platform. The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity:

• Once confirmed, a Bet cannot be cancelled, amended, or withdrawn by the Player. Please verify all Bet details — stake, selection, and odds — before confirming.
• 0bdjl reserves the right to void any Bet that was placed at odds that were clearly erroneous due to a technical or human error, regardless of whether the Bet has already been settled.

• Attempting to exploit known errors, software glitches, or mispriced odds for systematic financial gain.

• Abusing the Platform's bonus or referral system through coordinated or artificial account activity.
